TRACKMASTER ANNOUNCES NEW AND UPGRADED HANDICAPPING PRODUCTS
TrackMaster, an Equibase company, today announced a series of new product introductions and upgrades, while implementing unlimited access pricing for all Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse handicapping products available on its web site at www.trackmaster.com.
"These new and upgraded products are the direct result of analyzing customer suggestions and integrating those ideas into new software solutions which make racing information much easier to access and more powerful for our customers," said TrackMaster president, David Siegel. "Our design and engineering teams have done a great job, upgrading the Windows software and meshing it with the power of the Internet."
"And our customers who are part of the growing home-based wagering movement can take advantage of our new unlimited access pricing structure to acquire handicapping information for multiple tracks in a single Internet download."
The original TrackMaster, TrackMaster Plus and TrackMaster Past Performances have been combined into a single software product, which will help provide a seamless transition when users upgrade to more comprehensive handicapping offerings. In addition, all products have been upgraded with additional handicapping information, expanded printing options and the ability to be downloaded directly from the Internet.
TrackMaster has also introduced several new past performance products designed for handicappers of all skill levels. For more experienced handicappers, TrackMaster has introduced Platinum Past Performances which features 12 running lines per horse; key historical statistics; Equibase's official Speed, Pace and Class Figures; and TrackMaster's proprietary Power Ratings. For novice handicappers, a condensed version of TrackMaster Past Performances has been introduced which features a single page listing for each race; up to six running lines per horse; and a convenient PDF format.
Equibase Company LLC acquired California-based AXCIS and its TrackMaster product line in 2000. AXCIS was the first electronic handicapping information distributor to sell products using Equibase data, having launched their service in 1993. Equibase Company, a partnership of The Jockey Club and the Thoroughbred Racing Associations of North America, is the Thoroughbred industry's Official database for racing information and statistics.
